We are looking for a hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist to work at our Owen Sound office, who demonstrates professionalism and values being part of a collaborative team. Duties:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling, sealants, and polishing teeth. Assess patients' oral health and document findings in the patient management system. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Assist the dentist during procedures as needed. Maintain accurate patient records. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). Maintains a valid CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene procedures including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing. Recording patients' data Conduct oral health assessments and provide patients with simple terms with oral hygiene techniques. Take dental X-rays as needed. Upkeeping both the laboratory and operatory environments Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
