Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality orthodontic care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our orthodontic team members is required.

Duties

Perform various orthodontic procedures including wire changes, bonding, debonding, bonding invisalign attachments, cementing and removing appliances, bonding lingual retainers Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health. Taking orthodontic records including digital scan, intra-oral impressions, Photographs, radiographs (mainly cephalometric and panoramic radiographs) Maintain accurate patient records Assist with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Provide assistance with dental inventory if required Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in orthodontic procedures is desirable but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Applicant is licensed as a registered dental hygienist in Ontario Excellent customer service skills to foster positive patient relationships. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule On-site parking Working evenings and weekends not required. Office hours are: Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Friday work is 1-2 times per month. Candidates can not exceed 43 hours weekly

Pay: $45.00-$56.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 43 per week
