Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description
Overview:
Join our dental practice as a Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for dentistry and patient care.
The position is Fridays only from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Conduct dental cleanings and exams with with the Dentist.
Assess patients individual needs for ethical practice.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Perform oral cancer screenings and take X-rays
Use the Itero Scan to help with orthodontic consultations and appliances.
Conduct medical history, maintain patient records and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
Sterilization of tools and operatory
accurate billing through dental software.
Skills:
time Management
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in dental assisting is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in a dental office setting
Learning Cleardent and billing proficiency
