Dental Hygienist

Monday only 9am - 8pm

. This position requires an individual with a passion for oral health and the desire to improve the health of patients. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and education to provide effective dental hygiene treatments and support patients' oral health within a diverse group of patients from varying socio-economic backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience working in a diverse environment and the willingness to perform administrative tasks. Send your resume to

Responsibilities:

Minimum of three years' experience Monitor and provide dental hygiene education to patients. Educate patients about oral healthcare and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records including scanning and regular probing Schedule appointments Be proficient with dental software programs. Facilitate referrals to dental specialists. Take digital x-rays, sterilize equipment and take intra oral pictures. Call: patients if they are running late, book overdue patients and make care call. Answer phones. Digital scanning capability and laser certification would be an asset. Assist in the sterilization of equipment
Qualifications:

Registered hygienist CPR/AED certified Fully vaccinated. Familiar with dental software. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.96-$52.39 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
