Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health! In this vibrant environment, you will engage directly with patients, providing them with the highest quality of preventive dental services. Your skills will not only enhance our patients' smiles but also contribute to their overall well-being. Our hygiene team uses the EMS Airflow system, and determines their own treatment times based on individual patient needs. We are currently looking to fill 2-4 days/week, and there is the potential for this to become a full-time position.

What you'll do

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments to ensure optimal oral health for patients. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Utilize Cleardent dental software for patient management and documentation. Conduct vital signs assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Basic qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license and registration in Alberta

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
