Overview

A wonderful opportunity is available for three to five days per week with a well established practice in the Stanley Park area of Kitchener close to Cambridge and Guelph. Hours include one evening per week. No weekends required as we understand the importance of a work/life balance. We are a patient focused practice and strive to provide excellent quality care within a pleasant and cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth Take digital radiographs using Dexis sensors Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care Assist in the management of patient records using Live DDM software Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients

Skills

Proficiency in Live DDM software for patient management Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a large team environment Attention to detail and infection control protocols Develop treatment plans that meet the needs of the patient

Requirements

Current Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario Valid Ontario Dental Hygiene License Current CPR certification Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and provide compassionate patient care.

Salary

Compensation is competitive and will be based on the individual and their experience.
