You are qualified if you are:

Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. Up to date and can produce all necessary/required certifications - CPR, First Aid, etc. An excellent communicator, patient records keeper, and oral-health educator. Passionate about creating and maintaining long-term patient relationships. Bold enough to provide feedback. We believe we can always do better.
What you'll be asked to do:

General/preventative hygiene services - scaling, fluoride application, polishing, etc. Design, implement, and regularly evaluate the progress of patient treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on dental disease and procedures as needed. Record all treatments/patient records in compliance with CDHO guidelines. Radiography/imaging techniques in compliance with HARP legislation. Nothing outside the professional scope of your practice.
Previous experience with ABELDent, Itero and VixWin is a plus but not a necessity. We understand that every dental practice has different software preferences. If you're open to learning, we're open to teaching. New graduates are always welcome.

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
