Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Abeldent and knowledge of orthodontics will be highly valued.

Days Required-

Monday + Thursday + Saturday (immediate working days).

Full time from the month of October.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Take and develop dental radiographs as needed. Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software. Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for patients, particularly in orthodontics cases. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office environment. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base. Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is advantageous.
