Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. This position is part time with the possibility of transition to full time in future. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. This position requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health and hygiene. Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Cleardent software. Work effectively with pediatric patients, ensuring a positive experience for children and their families. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with Cleardent software is a plus. Experience or training in orthodontics is desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is advantageous. Pay: $52.00-$60.00 per hour
