Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Dentrix software and experience in various dental specialties such as orthodontics, pediatrics, and dental assisting are highly desirable.

Tuesdays 12-8

Thursdays 11-7

Saturdays 9-4

Sundays 10-4

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. knowledge about Arrestin application is an asset Assist the dentist during examinations Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent software, including treatment plans and medical histories. Provide support in managing patient flow within the office to enhance customer service experiences. Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Experience with Cleardent software is preferred. Background in orthodontics or pediatrics is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base. Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable, particularly in customer service roles. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
