Hours: alternating Saturdays 745-2

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and friendly hygienist to join our team! We have a strong hygiene program at the practice and are very focused on educating and motivating our patients in their oral health. We are looking for someone who shares this passion.

Our office is paperless - digital charts and digital xrays. IO cameras in each op and itero scanner. We use Tracker and Recallmax.

Cancellations and gaps in the schedule are paid. Also paid 15 min prior to the first patient is booked and 15 min after the last patient is dismissed. Lunch breaks are not paid, but you can opt out of having a lunch break in your schedule if you prefer to work through.

Duties: All aspects of dental hygiene including but not limited to medical intake, oral health assessments, OHI, documentation, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride application, taking radiographs, taking digital scans and IO photos, reprocessing as needed, billing and book back of treated patient, maintaining operatory supplies and maintaining a cleanly and IPAC compliant workspace.

Requirements:
- License to practice in Ontario
- Valid CPR
- Certificate or Diploma recognized by CDHO
- Must be in good standing with CDHO
- Minimum 2 years dental hygiene experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Tracker system would be an asset, but is not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42.00-$48.00 per hour
