Davis Orthodontics is introducing an exciting new
RDH Associate
position--designed for a dynamic, adaptable, and
highly mobile dental hygienist
who wants to make an impact across multiple clinics. In this role, you'll
travel between our 14 locations
, stepping in where you're needed most--whether to support high-demand days, cover for team training, or bring fresh energy to different teams.
What You'll Do:
Hands-on Clinical Support
- Assist clinics by providing patient care when needed, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier orthodontic treatment.
Team Development & Coaching
- Work alongside our Clinical Performance Coaches to mentor and support clinical team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
Champion Clinical Excellence
- Implement and uphold industry-leading orthodontic techniques, helping our teams stay ahead with the latest advancements in the field.
Enhance the Patient Experience
- Educate and interact with patients, ensuring they receive the best care, guidance, and treatment explanations.
Ensure Compliance & Safety
- Promote occupational health and safety standards, infection control, and overall clinic health and safety best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Dental Hygienist
- registered with the CDHO.
Orthodontic Expertise
- Previous experience in orthodontics is
a must
.
Versatile & Adaptable
- Comfortable working in different areas of the clinic, including sterilization, record-taking, Itero scanning, and hands-on orthodontic procedures.
Willingness to Travel at a Moment Notice
- Ability (and access to a reliable vehicle) to visit different locations on short notice to support clinic operations
Passion for Excellence
- Committed to ongoing learning, growth, and leadership within the field of orthodontics.

This is a
salaried position
with a
fluid schedule -
4 days per week between Monday to Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm.
