Gentle Dental Winnipeg is looking for a skilled and caring
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
to join our team for a12-month maternity leave position
, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.About the Clinic:
We are a fully digital, modern practice with 4 operatories and a dedicated team. Our clinic is general-focused, serving patients of all ages--from children to seniors--and offering a wide range of services including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, extractions, and preventative care.
The Team:
We're a collaborative and supportive group of 6 dedicated team members. The clinic environment is fast-paced yet positive, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and a no-drama culture where everyone supports one another.
The Role:
Main chairside assisting position
Focus on education, patient comfort, and quality care
Strong communication skills are essential, especially in treatment presentation and patient interaction
Who We're Looking For:
Ideally, 2-3 years of RDA experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable presenting and discussing treatment with patients
Team player with a patient-first mindset
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
