RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect with your patient

a develop a long-term patient relationship. Prepare dental operatory for clinical procedures and apply topical anesthetics and sealants as directed by the dentist Be aware of instructions for and be able to mix and prepare a variety of materials, such as cement, medicaments, bonding agents, and fillings Conduct post-operative and post-treatment procedures, as instructed by the dentist. Develop strong patient relationships by advising and educating on preventive dental care, causes, and treatment of dental problems, and oral hygiene Adhere to current jurisdictional legislation, regulations, codes of ethics, practice standards, guidelines, and policies relevant to the profession and practice setting.
