We're looking for a
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
to join our dynamic team
three
days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday!)

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for patients.
Orthodontic module certification and/or clear aligner experience is a strong asset but not a requirement
, as we continue to grow in aesthetic and orthodontic services.

This role is about more than assisting chairside. It's about being a part of each patient's story--helping them feel comfortable, informed, and seen.
Key Responsibilities:
Chairside & Clinical:
Support dental procedures including fillings, crowns, clear aligners, and more
Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and instruments
Ensure patient comfort with compassion and clear communication
Take X-rays and impressions, pour models, and assist with documentation
Educate patients on post-op instructions and oral hygiene routines
Sterilization & Safety:
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with Alberta Dental College and AHS guidelines
Maintain sterilization logs and ensure instruments are ready and available
Patient Experience & Admin Support:
Greet, seat, and care for patients with a warm, welcoming approach
Review and update patient health histories
Help schedule appointments and manage supplies
Foster a clean, organized, and calming work environment
Who You Are
A
Registered Dental Assistant
in good standing in Alberta
Certified in CPR
Friendly, reliable, and a true team player
Organized and proactive--someone who loves smooth systems
Bonus if you have orthodontic experience or your ortho module!
