Overview

We are looking for an experienced RDA to join our growing team! We have an existing established office that is thriving; and a brand new office now serving Airdrie. This position could include working at either location, both conveniently located in Airdrie. Currently this position is for four days per week, but with the potential to grow into a 5 day position. The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, friendly and patient focused. We are all apart of a team-and as such help each other out in every aspect of the practice. Evenings and Saturdays will be required. After probationary period has ended; the employee will be eligible for the bonus system along with dental care benefits. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for use. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. (PSP) Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental software systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures within the practice. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.
Schedule: (subject to change)

Tuesdays-11:30-7:00

Wednesdays-10:00-6:00

Fridays-7:30-3:00

Saturdays-8:30-3:00 (some flexibility, but will be required to do a certain amount per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
