Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and hygienists while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

Assist dental professionals during patient examinations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials. Take dental radiographs (X-rays). Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Perform administrative tasks, including updating patient records and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

Completion of a recognized Dental Assistant program. Registered and in good standing with the provincial dental assisting regulatory body. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using dental software and computer applications.
