Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) -- Permanent Position

Crowfoot Dental Studio - Calgary, AB

Crowfoot Dental Studio is a locally owned, husband-and-wife dental practice in the Crowfoot area. We are a warm, community-focused clinic built on professionalism, patient-centered care, and mutual respect. With steady growth and plans to expand our hours in 2026, we're looking for a Permanent Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.

New graduates are welcome to apply. We're happy to provide mentorship and on-the-job training in all areas of dentistry we perform.

Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are considered a bonus

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (7:00 am start by appointment only) 1-2 Saturdays per month: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Approximately 30-36 hours per week.Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow.
About the Role:

You will play a key part in supporting our clinical operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

Chairside assisting for restorative, implant, endodontic, and hygiene procedures Operatory setup, sterilization, and maintaining IPC compliance Digital radiographs and intraoral photography Supporting patient comfort and communication throughout their visit Inventory management, lab coordination, and supply tracking Collaborating with the front desk team when needed in a small, supportive environment

Requirements:

Active RDA license with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn -- new grads are encouraged to apply
