The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and patient care. You'll work directly with patients to create a calm, friendly atmosphere while supporting our dentists in delivering outstanding treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Assist dentists chairside, anticipating clinical needs and ensuring efficiency Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols (including Bowie-Dick tests) Communicate accurately with administrative staff about completed and upcoming treatments Support hygienists and fellow assistants as needed to ensure patient flow Track and report supply needs or equipment issues Maintain clinic cleanliness and tidiness Provide friendly, professional patient interaction and support
Schedule

5 days per week, including 2-3 Saturdays per month Closed on all long weekends Typical hours: Tuesday: 9-5 pm Wednesday: 9-5 pm or 12-8 pm Thursday: 9-5 pm Friday: 9-5 pm Saturday: 9-5 pm (2-3 per month) Monday: Off (coverage occasionally required)
What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive attitude Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with RecallMax or Tracker is an asset (training provided if needed)
