Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting for examinations, periodontal surgeries and procedures Instrument sterilization and operatory preparation in accordance with infection prevention and control protocols - training provided Radiograph acquisition (digital imaging), and Intra-oral scanning (Trios5) Accurate documentation and charting in dental software (Cleardent) Providing pre- and post-operative instructions to patients Assisting with patient management and clinical flow throughout the day Pulling materials for upcoming cases/surgeries

Qualifications:

Current registration and license in good standing with the College of Dental Assistants of Alberta (CDAA) CPR certification (up to date) Experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is an asset Proficiency with digital radiography and clinical software (Cleardent experience is an asset) Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment
