Arborg Family Dental is looking for a caring and dedicated registered dental assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high quality care. This position requires communication skills and the ability to work excellent effectively in a fast paced enviroment.

Summary

We are looking for someone that is self motivated, passionate and has dedication and drive to take their role in as a dental assistant to the next level

The applicant must have graduated from an accredited dental assisting program and registered with the MDA.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety along with a smooth workflow. Prepare treatment rooms ensuring all necessary supplies are available and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before and after procedures. Manage patient records using Tracker software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment take and develop dental radiographs(x-rays)as needed

Requirements

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential Familiarity with Tracker software is an asset. Training will be provided. Strong understanding of dental terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members References preferred with application.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
