Requirements:

Registered and in good standing with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry Up to date First Aid, CPR, WHMIS and Immunizations Valid Class 5 driver's license Must have access to own vehicle Business Class Insurance

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our growing healthcare team servicing:

Aldergrove, Abbotsford & Mission.

A typical work day will involve visiting patients in their own homes to provide witnessed medication administration, monitoring vitals, providing education to patients on how to self monitor conditions such as diabetes, monitoring the progress of current morbidities (i.e. cardiovascular health, mental health, pain management).

Staff work in conjunction with an LPN Supervisor & Pharmacist in developing and maintaining optimized care plans for patients in the community setting.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
