We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acupuncturist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wide scope client care and a strong understanding of medical terminology. In this role, you will provide holistic treatment options to patients, utilizing acupuncture techniques to promote healing and wellness. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health conditions and medical histories.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
Administer acupuncture treatments in a safe and effective manner, ensuring the comfort of patients throughout the process.
Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and other complementary therapies.
Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospital to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture techniques and practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
Hours available Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday
Experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients.
A valid acupuncture registration with CAA
A compassionate approach toward patient care, with a commitment to promoting wellness through alternative therapies.
