A day in the life.

As our Technical Trainer on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for managing the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) technical training program for MMA UMW. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the Director of EH&B Operations as well as the Learning & Development team to achieve MMA\xe2\x80\x99s strategic learning and development goals. The EH&B Technical Trainer will design, implement & monitor the EH&B technical training program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field required, or minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of employee benefits experience including systems, compliance, and client service.

Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.

Strong management and demonstrated team-building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.

Strong interpersonal and sales related skills in dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers and customers.

Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Proficiency in MS office applications required.
