A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What We\'re Looking For

Hogarth is seeking a Regional Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will manage projects across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil) for a major global brand. The candidate will be joining to lead a number of technically- focused work streams within the wider Technology transformation program. The role includes defining, planning, managing, reporting on and communicating work stream activity across their assigned Region (EMEA/Americas/APAC).

The role includes defining, planning, managing, reporting on and communicating project activity. Specifically, the role will entail collating a large amount of discovery information on behalf of Hogarth and a large multinational client, ultimately formulating a deployment plan for user machines, associated software applications and appropriate infrastructure across several markets within Hogarth and in Client locations.

What You\'ll Do

  • Take accountability for a broad range of technical project implementations
  • Provide leadership in the initiation, definition, execution and closure of the project
  • Work with Hogarth Worldwide internal teams and Clients to understand production system requirements and ensure thatHogarth systems deliver efficient solutions
  • Recommend and manage changes as required to meet stated requirement
  • Responsible for defining, planning, managing, reporting on and communicating project activity
  • Show a high level of technical knowledge to internal teams and Hogarth clients. This can be by active consultation,presentation, technical evaluations or general supportive discussion. It\'s of particular importance to be knowledgeableabout Hogarth\'s software offering and associated production infrastructure environments, across all disciplines.
  • Implementation of internal and 3rd party products
  • Escalate issues as necessary within the project organization structure
  • Ensure that the project is established and operated in accordance with the established HWW Project Management Framework
  • Create and attain effective stakeholder communication
  • Monitor and report on project progress and exceptions, providing recommendations for corrective actions where necessary
  • Maintain appropriate document management controls
  • Ensure all delivery streams are working together effectively, outputs are synchronized where necessary and internal andexternal dependencies are mapped and managed
  • Maintain a working understanding of any relevant 3rd party contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, SLAs andKPIs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
What You\'ll Have
  • 5+ years of strong experience working in technical project delivery
  • Experience of working in transformation and change programs
  • Strong project management skills with history of being able to manage multiple projects that may overlap or be interlinked when aligning with business requirements
  • Strong client facing aptitude for managing client (both internal and external) requirements and expectations
  • Business analysis skills
  • Capability of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of approaching issues methodically and the ability to think laterally for resolution
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Comfortable working within an ever-changing environment in a rapidly growing company
  • Commercial acumen
  • Problem solver
  • Natural aptitude to the role and active interest in technology, specifically Enterprise Infrastructure
  • Previous experience working within the Advertising / Production sector with industry knowledge of working practices, multi-geo technology solutions and high performant Networks is a strong plus
  • Understanding of how systems can integrate
  • Previous experience with SaaS implementations
