Stream 1 - Operational Communications
Provide communication tools to support regional operations collaborating with various stakeholders.
Offer technical support to the end users of the communication tools.
Travel outside of the office to meet the end users of the communication tools to give them training sessions.
Contribute to the development of new solutions to meet the requirements of regional clients.
Evaluate and test new communication tools.
Adhere to established methodologies and ensure compliance with policies and authorities governing conduct of operations.

Develop steps for resolutions or improvements, monitor equipment and recommend repairs or its replacement.
Perform data extraction and technical analysis activities on datasets obtained through the copy of electronic devices.
Analyze IP data streams to characterize its content.

Undergraduate degree in a related field and three (3) years of relevant experience, or Technologist diploma or professional technologist equivalency designation and four (4) years of relevant experience
You must have obtained your bachelor's degree or your technologist diploma in one of the following fields:

Cyber Security;
Mathematics;
Physics;
Or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
Any higher level of education (i.e.: Masters, Doctorate) in a related field of study could be recognized as some experience.

Relevant experience for all streams must have been obtained through performing the tasks enumerated below, for at least three items in the following list:
Designing, developing, evaluating or testing technological tools and associated procedures in order to support the implementation of technical capabilities.
Providing advice and recommendations on complex technology issues with respect to the design, deployment or maintenance of technical solutions.
Providing training and operational support to clients and colleagues to leverage maintain and improve technical capabilities.
Participating in cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders outside your work unit.
Performing technical problem solving activities for software or systems.
Carrying out data analysis or collection activities using technical tools and tradecraft.
Implementing, operating, configuring or troubleshooting a networking infrastructure (i.e. switches, applications, routers, VPN, desktop computing devices and servers).
In addition to the requirements above, candidates must have 2 years of recent and significantexperience in at least one stream.
Recent is defined as experience acquired within the last 7 years.
Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be acquired by a person in a position where the performance of these duties constitutes their main functions over that period.

Candidates need to have 2 years of experience in at least three of the items below:

Performing analysis and troubleshooting with specialized instruments in a mechanical, electrical or electronic setting;
Examine and review building plans or electrical design or mechanical design drawings;
Analog or digital circuit design;
Using knowledge of the electrical code as well as analysis of electrical schematics and installations in a practical setting;
Audio or video data stream capture and distribution;
Analyzing and troubleshooting electronic hardware or software or firmware
