Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Supervisor is responsible for
client satisfaction and operational excellence
within their assigned territory.If you are proactive, organized, and thrive in a leadership role, this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain
effective communication and strong relationships
with clients in your region. Plan and coordinateregular and special cleaning projects
(monthly, quarterly, annual). Managepriorities, client requests, and complaints
with professionalism and efficiency. Conductquality inspections
and prepare related reports. Manageinventory of cleaning products and equipment
, ensuring availability and good condition. Participate inrecruiting, training, and supervising
cleaning staff. Ensurehealth and safety compliance
and assist in incident investigations. Contribute to thepreparation of the operational budget
and helpcontrol and reduce costs
.What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in
French and English
(Spanish is an asset). Minimum3 years of experience
in janitorial or maintenance operations. Minimum3 years of supervisory or management experience
. Strongleadership and communication skills
. Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities. Validdriver's license
(frequent travel required).Territory:
Mississauga, Ontario
region
