About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the designated region, developing sales strategies to achieve targets, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on developing and implementing sales strategies Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in conducting market research and sales analysis Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC Relevant industry experience in irrigation, landscape lighting, or related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
