Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
