Salary: $90,000 - $110,000.00 ++

We are currently assisting with recruitment for an tremendous opportunity for a growing Agri Company in Lambton County.

The Regional Sales Manager, will drive sales of our top-quality fertilizer products to farmers in new areas like Woodstock and St. Thomas. You\'ll build strong relationships with customers and represent us at industry events.

What You\'ll Do:

\xf0\x9f\xa4\x9d Relationship Building: Connect with farmers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products.

\xf0\x9f\x92\xbc Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, educate customers, and negotiate deals.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Farm Visits and Assessment: Visit farms, stay updated on soil management, and assess fertilizer needs.

\xf0\x9f\x8e\xaf Product Presentations and Demos: Showcase our products and secure agreements with customers.

\xf0\x9f\x93\x88 Sales Reporting and Customer Service: Keep track of sales, provide excellent service, and prepare reports.

\xf0\x9f\x95\xb5\xef\xb8\x8f\xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x99\x82\xef\xb8\x8f Market Analysis and Collaboration: Monitor the competition, collaborate with marketing, and enhance sales efforts.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbe Industry Representation: Shine at trade shows, conferences, and farm events to generate leads and promote our brand.

Your Essentials:

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xb1 1-2 years Sales Experience: Fertilizer sales is a plus!

\xf0\x9f\x97\xa3 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.

\xf0\x9f\x8e\xaf Proven Track Record in Ag Sales.

\xf0\x9f\x9a\x99 Willingness to Travel: Be ready for road trips to visit farmers.

\xf0\x9f\x8e\x93 Diploma in Agriculture/Agribusiness: Preferred.

\xf0\x9f\x94\x8d Analytical Mindset: Assess soil and crop needs.
