We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Security sales efforts across British Columbia. Your expertise in outside sales, B2B relationships, and territory management will be essential to expanding our market presence. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific regional markets to meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to optimize performance. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and market research. Manage existing client accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling additional products or services. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions through effective negotiation and account management. Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility within the territory and support sales campaigns. Perform territory management by analyzing market data, identifying target segments, and planning outreach efforts accordingly. Engage in inside sales activities including follow-up calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings to complement field efforts. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive insights to senior management.

Experience

Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development roles within a B2B environment. Demonstrated experience managing territories effectively through strategic planning and analysis skills. Strong background in account management with a focus on customer service excellence. tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Experience in technical or technology sales with the ability to deliver product demos and explain complex solutions clearly. Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals that benefit both the client and company objectives. Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing efforts. Previous management experience leading a sales team or managing multiple accounts is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse industries. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data for strategic decision-making.
