As we continue to expand across North America, Europe, and international markets, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our next phase of growth.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Regional SalesManager will lead and develop a remote international sales team while driving strategic initiatives to grow Hypervac's market share worldwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team management, CRM implementation, channel development, and international expansion within the HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, and Cleaning & Restoration industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support a high-performing remote sales team.
Implement and manage a new CRM system to streamline lead tracking and customer engagement.
Develop new partnerships with distributors, contractors, and industry organizations.
Identify and open new international markets in the IAQ and cleaning/restoration sectors.
Work closely with marketing and operations to align strategies for revenue growth.
Represent Hypervac at industry trade shows and events globally.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management (preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or cleaning/restoration industries).
Strong knowledge of B2B sales, CRM systems, and international market development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth, innovation, and customer success.
Must be based in Canada and available for travel (domestic & international).
