Responsibilities
As the Regional Sales Manager, your duties will include:
  • Promoting a diverse range of high-quality hydronic products to engineering firms, contractors, and end-users to drive specifications and demand.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow business through a network of agents and distributors, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Analyzing client needs to select appropriate equipment, preparing detailed and accurate quotes, and presenting technical solutions effectively.
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for partners and clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and installation.
  • Representing the company at industry trade shows and events to network, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Providing exceptional post-sale technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing and responding to all inbound client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and reporting on market opportunities, competitor activities, and potential threats to senior management to inform business strategy.
  • Fostering strong collaboration between clients and internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and product development.
  • Documenting, tracking, and escalating major client feedback or complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Actively supporting new product development initiatives and leading regional product launches.

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position will meet the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience
- 1 year in the hydronics industry is mandatory.
  • Solid general mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a proven ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly (approximately 25-50% of the time) BC/Winnipeg and the 2 trade shows in USA United States.
  • A proactive, confident, and "hungry" attitude with a desire for continuous growth and learning.
Strong Assets:
  • Previous sales experience in the broader HVAC market.
