The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Compensation Structure

Base Salary:
CAD
$2,480 per month
Sales Commission:
10% of before-tax regional sales
12% of before-tax regional sales
for sales volume
exceeding $15,000
in a given month
Bonus:
CAD
$30 per new retail client
CAD
$500 for every 10 new retail clients
Mileage allowance:
Ad-hoc, reviewed monthly
Vacation pay:
4% of gross wages, paid with each pay period
Vacation entitlement:
Two (2) weeks of unpaid vacation after one year of employment
Flexible working environment - Any 3 days on the road, 2 days working from home!
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and foster professional growth.
Reach out to existing and potential retail clients regularly (minimum once per month) and implement weekly store visits (3 days in-store per week, subject to mutual agreement).
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely client payment within 30 days of order delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits, promotional events, and retailer training.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports, including performance updates and regional insights.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and post promotional content for social media (minimum one graphic per week per platform).
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure accurate order processing and product delivery.
Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and industry shows as directed.
Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales via online and offline channels.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and territory management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region.
