The RoleAs a Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of a residential portfolio across Ontario. You will ensure that each property under management achieves occupancy, revenue, and quality standards while fostering an exceptional resident experience. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational excellence within a dynamic, fast-growing investment platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Oversighto Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring consistent execution of leasing, maintenance, and resident service standards

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions, staffing, and resident satisfaction Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions Ensure timely turnover of units and high-quality presentation of all properties

Team Leadershipo Supervise and support on-site staff including Resident Managers, Leasing Associates, and Maintenance personnel

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure accountability and growth Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture

Resident Relationso Champion a resident-first culture across all sites

Resolve escalated resident issues with professionalism and fairness Monitor and improve resident satisfaction and retention metrics

Compliance & Administrationo Ensure adherence to Ontario housing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation Support internal audits and compliance reviews

Skills & Qualificationso 5+ years of progressive experience in property or asset management, ideally overseeing multi-site residential portfolios

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with property management and accounting software Thorough understanding of Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act Flexibility to travel across assigned regions Post-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
