THE OPPORTUNITY




We're looking for a Regional Projects Division Manager





In this role, is responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational continuity across all divisions in British Columbia. This role ensures best practices are implemented, projects are executed efficiently, and profitability targets are met. The leader will drive business development, foster team collaboration, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.




WHAT YOU'LL DO




Oversee all projects across BC offices, including Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and Electrical divisions. Ensure alignment and continuity between divisions and teams throughout daily operations. Manage overall project performance with a focus on development, process improvement, and customer loyalty. Monitor business progress at a high level and assist Project/Construction Managers with escalations. Support and develop staff across all offices, ensuring resources and tools are available for success. Drive business development initiatives and build Fire Safety Plans. Manage, monitor, and track workflow across Estimating, Design, Large Contracts, Special Projects, End User, Shop, and Sites to achieve peak performance and maximum productivity. Enforce, maintain, and refine operational processes and procedures. Consolidate feedback from teams to forecast resource needs and measure inflation/deflation of resources. Review and finalize complex tenders to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Ensure projects are executed to maximize profits while minimizing costs. Report directly to the Regional Director (Hayden Mowbray).

Minimum 3 years of experience leading a projects division Proven expertise in annual fiscal budgeting and financial planning Demonstrates a growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills High-performing professional committed to career growth and organizational success Ability to effectively promote and sell company services to prospective clients Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to teamwork and shared goals



Qualifications & Skills




Proven leadership experience in project management within the Fire Protection industry. Strong business development skills and ability to manage large-scale projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple divisions. Ability to analyze workflows, enforce processes, and drive continuous
