Regional Process Expert - Time and Attendance

How You'll Make an Impact

Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Develop documentation, including business requirements and process maps. Implement quality assurance and compliance processes. Support the development of training and change management materials. Apply Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen methodologies in a non-manufacturing environment. Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision. Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals. Tackle complex and challenging problems with innovative solutions.

Your Background

Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement. Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience in managing projects and leading teams.
