Duties

Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Franchisees and staff across various locations to ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance brand reputation and drive customer satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to support regional initiatives. Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within a multi-site environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to travel as needed within the region. Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
