Position Overview: Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Manager to assist in our market expansion. This is a crucial leadership position with a strong focus on new restaurant openings. You will be responsible for building our brand presence from the ground up, forging strong relationships with new franchise partners, and ensuring every new Edo Japan location is a success. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our growth and establish operational excellence across a new and expanding region.

Key Responsibilities:

New Market Entry:

Execute the strategic growth plan for the region, focusing on successful new store openings.

Franchisee Development:

Onboard new franchise partners. Guide and support them through the entire process of a new restaurant opening.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure all new and existing locations consistently meet Edo Japan's high standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and brand experience.

Performance Management:

Analyze sales data and financial reports to provide strategic business coaching to franchisees, helping to maximize profitability from their initial investment.

Training & Onboarding:

Deliver comprehensive training to new franchisees and their teams, ensuring they are fully prepared to uphold Edo Japan's operational standards and guest experience.

Relationship Management:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with franchise partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with the corporate vision.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

Support regional and national marketing campaigns and lead local promotional efforts to build brand awareness and attract new guests in expanding markets.

Extensive Travel:

Conduct regular, on-site visits to restaurants throughout the region to perform operational reviews and offer hands-on support.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or Senior Franchise Consultant within the quick-service restaurant industry. Demonstrated experience in opening new restaurant locations and executing market expansion strategies. A track record of successfully managing P&L statements, budgets, and operational performance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate franchise partners. A strong understanding of food safety, sales forecasting, and effective training methods. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
