Make an impact with our Atlantic Canada Regional Marketing team as a Coordinator. As a trusted advisor, you'll execute marketing campaigns that promote MNP's brand, and support business development efforts through collaboration and value-added insights.

Responsibilities:




Coordinate, execute, track, and manage the day-to-day administration of regional marketing Support the region in all marketing areas, including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, website, and social media. Develop and implement office, client group, and service-specific marketing strategies, programs, and activities to support client retention, targeted pursuit plans, and referral mapping. Create campaign briefs and support concept development phases. Assist in reporting on set regional marketing budgets. Track and record relationship development on key business development pursuits. Gather and compile market research for marketing and business development planning. Maintain marketing materials including promotional items, brochures, and trade show equipment. Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing department, such as updating and maintaining databases, client lists, and preparing materials for client distribution. Work with regional leaders to identify accounts where further value can be added, using account-based marketing approaches to engage clients. Measure, understand, and report on the impact of marketing activities. Follow up and track business opportunities as a result of marketing and business development activities. Analyze reporting information and make recommendations to plans and programs as required. Build profile and relationships in the regional marketplace, including with local influencers, media, and community partnerships. Conduct other projects and ad-hoc activities as required. Maintain flexibility to travel throughout Atlantic Canada, as necessary.

Skills and Experience:




Post-secondary degree or diploma in in marketing, communications, project management, English, journalism or another related field PMP certification is considered an asset 2 to 4 years of marketing experience Experience in the professional services industry, including corporate writing, is considered an asset Working knowledge of marketing processes, budgeting and project coordination is preferred Strong presentation skills Proficiency in French an asset
