Job Title: Regional Manager (Revenue Share)
Compensation: Revenue share ~ $30 - $38/hour, Commission, Paid Gas, Bonuses
Location: Southwest Winnipeg
(5+ hours/week from March 17th - April 30th)
(35+ hours/week from May 1st - June 30th)
(10+ hours/week from June 1st - August 30th)
(20+ hours/week from September 1st - October 30th)

As the Regional Manager for Charleswood Window Cleaning you will work alongside with the owner to increase revenue, maintain customer satisfaction and expand our business. As the Regional Manager you will be paid on a revenue sharing model, with the chance to grow your income as the company expands. You will be a very important part of the company's success.
You will help set and achieve goals regarding sales, customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership:
- Lead, manage and motivate multiple crews of window cleaners and salesmen to achieve performance goals.
- Assist in the hiring and training of the teams.
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments to optimize team efficiency.
2. Window Cleaning:
- Occasionally perform window cleaning duties alongside the teams, including ladder climbing (up to 32 feet) and use of cleaning equipment. (When short staffed)
- Ensure the use of safe and effective window cleaning techniques.
- Inspect completed work to meet quality standards.
3. Client Interaction:
- Assist owner in previous client rebooking
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs.
- Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Send invoices and collect payment from clients
- Re-book, get feedback & referrals from customers after each completed job.
4. Logistics and Equipment:
- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Ensure the teams have the necessary supplies for each job.
- Oversee the jobs, performing periodic quality checks.
- Supply crews with any and all necessary supplies for day to day work (soap + towels)
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks on the job sites.
6. Sales and D2D canvassing:
- Using sales and marketing skills, follow company provided D2D scripts to acquire new customers during crew job fulfillment or during the evening.
- Properly estimate window cleaning quotes and close potential customers.
- Handle objections to close potential customers.
7. Administrative Work:
- Follow up with new customer leads to book and rebook appointments.
- Communicate with the owner to coordinate sales and marketing plans.
- Provide bi-weekly updates on crew progress and discuss areas of improvement.
- Collect and submit all employee hours for payroll.
Requirements:
1. Physical Ability:
- Ability to climb 32 ft ladders and work at heights.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment and supplies.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds overhead.
3. Communication Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Insure industry best customer service
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and employees.
4. Reliability:
- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Punctual and dependable.
5. Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site.
