Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving oversees multiple dental practices within a specific geographic area, ensuring operational efficiency, financial success, and high-quality patient care

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in dental management, preferably in a regional role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and experience with management. Knowledge of dental office operations, regulations, and procedures. Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel to multiple dental office locations within the region. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

Proven experience in Dental office management, with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from conception through execution. Strong management background with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive environment. Experience in process improvement methodologies, with a focus on operational efficiency. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience supervising teams and developing talent within an organization PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Dental experience preferred Working knowledge of computers for word processing, insurance claims processing and records management Knowledge or experience in staff management Interpersonal o Excellent communications skills o Team player o Conflict resolution experience o Customer service or patient relations experience o Ability to communicate all concerns to the dentist
