Description du Poste



Relevant du directeur des operations et des superieurs hierarchiques, le gerant regional sera charge de gerer une region ou un district specifique. Il/elle supervisera les responsabilites quotidiennes liees aux operations, aux ventes, a la gestion alimentaire et du personnel, ainsi qu'a d'autres aspects de l'entreprise, selon les instructions du superieur direct.

Fonctions et Responsabilites



Maintenir une communication frequente et ininterrompue avec le directeur des operations et veiller au respect des directives operationnelles quotidiennes dans les differentes succursales. Mesurer et conseiller sur l'amelioration des performances operationnelles. Superviser regulierement les performances des equipes de gestion des succursales et les evaluer systematiquement pour leur croissance et leur amelioration. Former, superviser et encadrer les employes des differentes succursales sur les procedures tout en fournissant un retour d'information constant pour les aider a progresser. Contribuer au developpement de politiques et de procedures visant a atteindre les objectifs, notamment en matiere d'excellence du service client, de proprete des installations et de respect des pratiques quotidiennes. Garantir que les normes operationnelles et de formation des succursales sont rigoureusement appliquees et respectees par les employes. Diriger les ventes et le marketing pour toutes les succursales regionales tout en aidant a la conception, au developpement et a l'application de strategies marketing et commerciales agressives.

Le travail en magasin est obligatoire.

Qualifications du Candidat Retenu



Plus de 5 ans d'experience en tant que directeur regional dans l'industrie alimentaire. Maitrise de l'anglais, avec d'excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. La maitrise du francais est un atout. Solides competences en multitache et capacite a gerer les taches efficacement sous pression. Position Description



Reporting to the Operations Manager and above, the Regional Manager will be in charge on a certain region or district operating in the day-to-day responsibilities with regards to operations, sales, food and labour and other aspect of the business as the direct report instructs.

Duties and Responsibilities



Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Chief Operation Manager, and ensure that daily operational guidelines of the multi-locations are followed. Measure and provide counsel on improving operational performances. Supervise regular management performance of multi-locations and evaluate them routinely for growth and improvement. Train, supervise and discipline co-workers of multi-locations on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement. Help develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals, including but not limited to excellence of customer services, facility cleanliness, and maintenance of daily practice. Ensure that operational and training standards of multi-locations are consistently enforced and executed by co-workers. Direct sales and marketing for all regional stores, while assisting in the design, development and application of aggressive marketing and sales strategies.

Performing work in store is required.

Must have your own vehicle, and must travel all over Quebec
