The Opportunity

This position is field based in the Ontario or Quebec. We\xe2\x80\x99re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We\xe2\x80\x99re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

Execute ADC2 programs that align with marketing objectives and customer needs.

Ensures optimal implementation of practice management and change management strategies aligned with identified individual/group/regional needs.

Ensures ongoing communication with the field force to validate and ensure optimal implementation of key ADC2 initiatives.

Ensures all ADC2 strategies and tactics comply with the applicable codes and policies.

Success as company\xe2\x80\x99s liaison with relevant KOLs and patients\xe2\x80\x99 association contacts. Provide ADC with informed direction, guidance, and leadership in its relationship with all parties.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce or BBA and/or Bachelor of Science.

Bilingualism preferred (French/English).

Ability to develop and foster credible relationship with KOLs/decision makers.

Government relations, stakeholder relation and/or reimbursement experience in health care.

Knowledge of health care systems at a national or provincial level

Pharmaceutical policy/industry knowledge.

Five plus years of commercial experience in sales or marketing.
