Regional Manager
Location: Alberta
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
About our client:
My client is a well-known restaurant group that has several different locations across Canada and are known for their good eats and extensive drink menu! They have a social vibe and are looking for an outgoing and lively leader to join their fun and energetic teams across Alberta!
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Manager:
- Responsible for restaurant operations in the region including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Oversee General Managers and staff to ensure high quality food and service
- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas including restaurant operations, guest relations, labour costs, food costs, sanitation and preparation
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, driving innovation and improved processes
- Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to ensure financial targets are being met and/or exceeded
- At least 3 years of experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Natural leader who is passionate about food and customer service
- A team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Financially astute
- Can successfully lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment
