This role will involve the full-cycle recruitment and placement of candidates for diverse job opportunities at our different projects in engineering, technical, management, administrative, manufacturing and corporate professional roles.
Coordination of internal placements and employee relocations, including mobilization and demobilization of projects.
External recruitment of administrative, technical and professional positions.
Employment Term negotiations.
Provide guidance to projects, supervisors, and/?or managers and ensuring non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Reference checks, interviews and exit interviews.
Placement of employment advertising and/?or act as a company representative at external career fairs.
Responsible for calculation and reporting of vacancy rates, turnover rates and employee headcounts.?
You have a university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related equivalent with minimum four years' experience directly related to recruitment and selection.? Exposure to the industrial construction industry and unionized environment is a must.
