Are you passionate about helping our customers fulfill their home financing dreams? This role is responsible to develop and maintain B2B relationships with residential construction firms within an assigned geographic area. The role will identify and build relationships with construction firms, assess site viability, onboard individual builder sites, partner with local VPMS and branch leaders to create pre-construction sales plans, maintain regular contact with the builder throughout construction and organize MS/branch staff for closing activities. The role is accountable for site management, marketing, and coordinating with regional resources for fulfillment on site close.

The Regional Builder Partnership Manager is a leader in the market and is expected to join local builder associations and governing bodies as part of their networking accountabilities representing BMO.

\xc2\xa7 Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.

\xc2\xa7 Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.

\xc2\xa7 Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.

\xc2\xa7 Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.

\xc2\xa7 Ensures alignment between stakeholders.

\xc2\xa7 Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

\xc2\xa7 Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.

\xc2\xa7 Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.

\xc2\xa7 Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.

\xc2\xa7 May consult to or serve on various committees and task forces.

\xc2\xa7 Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.

\xc2\xa7 Acts as a relationship manager on assigned projects / programs to ensure alignment with overall enterprise and group goals.

\xc2\xa7 Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.

\xc2\xa7 Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development, and implementation of business development programs and solutions.

\xc2\xa7 May network with industry contacts to gather and identify competitive insights and best practices.

\xc2\xa7 Identifies enablers and key issues prior to and during implementation of strategic business development initiatives and raises issues with stakeholders to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery.

\xc2\xa7 Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.

\xc2\xa7 Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

\xc2\xa7 Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.

\xc2\xa7 Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xa7 Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

\xc2\xa7 Solid understanding of the business unit\xe2\x80\x99s risk and regulatory requirements.

\xc2\xa7 Strong knowledge of the business unit\xe2\x80\x99s transaction fulfillment procedures.

\xc2\xa7 Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

\xc2\xa7 Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
