Nous avons une opportunite de le faire au sein de notre equipe regionale de gestion des actifs. En tant que Responsable regional de l'integrite des actifs pour l'Amerique du Nord, vous superviserez l'integrite des actifs civils/structurels, electriques et mecaniques dans notre portefeuille d'operations de fusion.
L'objectif de ce poste est d'apporter un leadership strategique et tactique fort a tous les aspects de la gestion de l'integrite des actifs, en travaillant en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de gestion des actifs des sites pour coordonner et faciliter l'interface avec les sites nord-americains.
Vous serez responsable de la direction de toutes les facettes de la fonction et du programme de gestion de l'integrite des actifs pour tous les sites nord-americains d'Alcoa, en veillant a ce que l'integrite des actifs soit optimisee grace au developpement et a la mise en oeuvre de strategies de maintenance adaptees, rentables et alignees sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et des installations.
Responsabilites principales:Fournir une expertise technique, des ressources, des outils et des normes pour soutenir le deploiement efficace de la fonction d'integrite des actifs. Developper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies d'actifs pour optimiser la securite, la gestion des risques et la performance operationnelle. Gerer l'utilisation efficace des partenaires et fournisseurs externes en matiere d'integrite des actifs. Superviser les systemes et outils de gestion de l'integrite des actifs, y compris l'elaboration de plans annuels et pluriannuels (5 ans). Soutenir les usines dans les projets d'investissement, les initiatives d'amelioration et les enquetes sur les defaillances liees a l'integrite des actifs. Diriger le processus budgetaire annuel et a long terme pour l'integrite des actifs et assurer l'execution securitaire et efficace des travaux associes. Veiller a ce que des structures organisationnelles, des roles et des competences appropries soient en place aux niveaux regional et local. Promouvoir la gouvernance, le partage des meilleures pratiques et l'amelioration continue par l'innovation et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies.

Des deplacements reguliers sur les sites en Amerique du Nord, ainsi que quelques voyages a l'etranger, seront requis. Une structure de travail hybride (bureau et teletravail) est egalement offerte pour ce poste.
Profil recherche :BAC en ingenierie (maitrise ou doctorat en ingenierie, gestion ou domaine connexe fortement souhaite). Minimum de 15 ans d'experience en maintenance, fiabilite ou integrite des actifs, incluant des roles de leadership en exploitation. Au moins 5 ans d'experience dans des postes de direction dans l'industrie lourde (une experience en fonderie ou en fusion est un atout majeur). Experience averee dans la gestion de la performance et de l'integrite des actifs sur plusieurs sites. Experience dans la direction de programmes d'integrite des actifs a l'echelle mondiale ou multi-sites, avec capacite a influencer a distance. Style de leadership collaboratif fort, avec capacite a obtenir des resultats par l'intermediaire des autres. Expertise dans la prolongation de la duree de vie des actifs grace a des strategies preventives dans divers domaines (ex. : corrosion, infrastructures, electricite). Connaissance des normes de conformite, souci du detail, et bilinguisme francais/anglais fortement souhaite.

Could you optimize our asset portfolio through developing and deploying methodologies and strategies to extend the life of asset beyond normal design life?
We have an opportunity to do just that as part of our Regional Asset Management team where, as the Regional Asset Integrity Manager for North America, you will oversee civils/structural, electrical and mechanical asset integrity within our portfolio of smelting operations. The purpose of this role is to provide strong strategic and tactical leadership to all aspects of asset integrity management working closely with Location Asset Management teams to coordinate and facilitate the interface with the North American locations.
You will be accountable for leading all aspects of the Asset Integrity Management function and program for all Locations in Alcoa's North American locations, ensuring asset integrity is being optimized through the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose, cost effective maintenance strategies that are aligned to the business and subsequent facility strategies.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Provide subject matter expertise, resources, tools, and standards to support the effective deployment of the Asset Integrity function. Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize safety, risk management, and operational performance. Manage the efficient use of external Asset Integrity partners and vendors. Oversee Asset Integrity Management systems and tools, including the development of annual and 5-year rolling plans. Support plants with capital projects, improvement initiatives, and failure investigations related to asset integrity. Lead the annual and long-term budgeting process for asset integrity and ensure safe and efficient execution of related work. Ensure appropriate organizational structures, roles, and competencies are in place at both regional and site levels. Drive governance, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement through innovation and technology adoption.

Regular travelling to sites across North America and some Overseas travel will be required as part of this role. A hybrid work structure between the office and home is also available with this position.
About you
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's/Doctorate in Engineering, Management, or related field highly desirable). At least 15 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, or Asset Integrity, including leadership roles in operations. Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles within heavy industry (experience in casting or smelting is a strong asset). Proven track record in managing asset performance and integrity across multiple locations. Experience leading global or multi-site Asset Integrity programs and influencing stakeholders remotely. Strong collaborative leadership style with the ability to deliver results through others. Expertise in extending asset life through preventative strategies across various domains (e.g., corrosion, infrastructure, electrical). Knowledge of compliance standards, attention to detail, and bilingual proficiency in French and English (highly desirable).
