Job Title: Regional Account Executive - Canada
Location: Toronto, Ontario - Hybrid
About the Company: We\'re currently partnered with an influential Canadian skincare brand to help them find a Regional Account Executive to join their sales team! You will be in charge of expanding their Canadian customer base, open new retail accounts, and grow existing ones.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales stats and support products.
- Set and monitor performance goals.
- Create plans for boosting sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.
- Coordinate sales with other departments.
- Build and improve customer relations.
- Identify new customers and sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Foster key account relationships.
- Present proposals with pricing strategies.
- Control expenses within budget.
- Work with their supply chain for product launches.
- Act as a brand spokesperson for PR.
Requirements:
- College or business degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience, beauty knowledge is a bonus.
- B2C and mass retail account management.
- Good presentation skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of leading beauty retailers.
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
