Job Description


Overview: The Account Executive, Ticket Sales will be primarily responsible for the Corporate Ticket Program, Season Ticket Membership Renewals, Group & Single Game Sales as well as fostering client relationships with current and prospective customers. In liaison with the VP of Corporate Sponsorship & Sales and the Manager of Ticket Operations, this position will be responsible for maximizing revenue for the Club in the areas of Season Tickets (renewals and new sales), Single Game & Group Tickets, Ticket Packages and Corporate Sponsor Packages as well as the creation and implementation of various sales strategies. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of a yearly Ticket Sales and Corporate Sponsorship plan.
  • Assist with ticket pricing and Corporate Sponsorship Package structures.
  • Assist with the strategic management of Package inventory (Sponsorship and Group Ticket assets).
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of all ticket allocation (Season Memberships, Ticket Vouchers, Packages & Group Tickets) & Sponsorship assets.
  • Lead, perform and provide exceptional customer service to fans, sponsors and the public when assisting and fielding ticketing related questions and inquires and troubleshooting all issues, including inquiries as it relates to the My Pats Account.
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot ticketing issues and problems including ticket scanning/entry, digital entry and Account Manager access.
  • Work collectively and efficiently with the Manager of Ticket Operations as well as Brandt Centre Box Office staff, security, and guest relations staff to ensure all ticket policies and procedures are being followed to allow guests to efficiently enter the building and have an enjoyable game day experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Required Experience
  • Exhibits professionalism as a representative of the Regina Pats.
  • Ability to work all assigned Regina Pats home game schedule and schedule of events (evening, weekend and possibly holiday work will be required).
  • Applicants are expected to work prior to, during and post-game at all events.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Docs etc.).
  • Previous ticket sales and partnership experience considered an asset.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in sport administration, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the WHL & Junior Hockey considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills, dedicated work ethic and the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation & customer service skills.
  • Experience working in fast paced environments.
  • Ability to work as a team player with flexibility to adapt quickly in various unforeseen situations.
